Fredy's bistro is a small family restaurant focused on Central American cuisine (Guatemala, Mexico, etc.) with a fusion of the US Southwest. We offer traditional dishes by using fresh ingredients prepared by "Latino" natives and a pleasant, authentically vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Drinks are an integral part of our menu. You can choose from fresh traditional fruit drinks such as Horchata or Aqua fresca. We also offer natives local alcoholic beverages or guest favorites, especially Fredy's MARGARITA! Fresh lime juice is therefore an irreplaceable ingredient not only for our chefs, but also for our bartenders.
